The Web BRAdmin/ BRAdmin Professional software is able to communicate with Remote "Agents". Agents are Brother software services running on remote computers.

These Agents collect device information from their local LAN. This information is stored on the hard disk of the PC running the Agent software. The information is passed to the Web BRAdmin server software which can then display the device status.
